Holiday Special Return and Warranty:

Orders placed between October 1 and December 22 will have an extended return period of 45 days, and the standard 6-month product warranty begins on December 25.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty:

We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied. Once your package arrives, we encourage you to open it and inspect it to make sure we made the item to your specifications. Try out your item as quickly as possible with as little damage to the box or packaging as possible.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your purchase, you may return or exchange an undamaged/unaltered item within 30 days of purchase.

If you're in the continental US and UK, Zostuic pays for return shipping and provides you with a prepaid return label.

Free returns only apply to Zostuic's camera products, not accessories, including but not limited to USB cables, microSD cards, etc. If you wish to return an accessory product, we will provide our return address and you are responsible for return shipping.

Please note that we only accept full returns on unused, undamaged products in their original packaging. Negligent packaging and returns of damaged products will result in reduced or no refunds.

Premium/Express Shipping, Zostuic Care Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, premium/express shipping and Zostuic Care will be deducted from your refund.

We always strive to make your returns experience hassle-free and process your returns in as timely a manner as possible.

*Zostuic monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our returns policy and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Warranty:

Zostuic warrants to the original customer a six (6) month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Zostuic, at its option, will repair or replace any part of the product which proves to be materially defective due to improper workmanship or material which has caused the product to fail during proper use. Zostuic will provide repaired parts or replacement products as an exchange, either new or refurbished and functionally equivalent to new. If Zostuic is unable to repair or replace the product, Zostuic will, at its option, refund or credit the current value of the product at the time the warranty claim is made or replace it with an equivalent product. Please note that shipping charges are not covered under warranty.

Exceptions to Warranty

Notwithstanding anything else contained herein, this limited warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disasters, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, or any unauthorized disassembly Product damage, repair or alteration. This limited warranty also does not apply to any product sold as used or resold in violation of Canadian export regulations. Proof of purchase may be required.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Zostuic and its suppliers assume no responsibility for any damage, loss or claim by third parties that may arise through the use of this product.
Zostuic is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any loss of data or any costs associated with damaged devices. In the event of a claim, Zostuic’ sole obligation shall be replacement of the hardware, under no circumstances will Zostuic be liable in any way for damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, such product.

Zostuic shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for the breach of any warranty on this product. Some provinces/states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages,
or limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
