Thank You for Your Purchase!

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied, you may return it to us for [a full refund/store credit/an exchange] within the specified period. Please see below for details on our return policy.

7-Day Refund or Exchange Policy:

  1. Contact us within 7 days and provide the shipping tracking number from the date of receipt. Items in your possession for more than 7 days are considered used, and we cannot issue a refund or replacement. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
  2. All returned items must be in the original packaging. Provide the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your order number.
  3. Upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging, we will refund your full winning bid amount or provide a replacement, after both buyer and seller cancel the transaction.
  4. If the return is due to the consumer's choice, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee.

Refunds: After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your request. Please allow at least 7 days from receipt for the processing of your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to reflect on your credit card statement. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions: Defective or damaged products are exempt from the standard return policy. Please contact us at our customer service email below to arrange a refund or exchange.
